Medical records designed around the clinic day — quick at the desk, complete for compliance.

## Challenge

Rekamedika is an electronic medical records system for clinics, developed and run by PT Celebes Niaga Jaya. Its users are clinic staff working between patients, on whatever screen sits at the desk, and a form that slows registration down simply gets worked around. Yet every record still has to be whole: the system is going through registration with SATUSEHAT, and each visit has to hold up to that standard.

## Solution

We designed the product interface around how a clinic day actually runs. Records follow the order a visit happens: registration takes identity and visit reason in one short step, examination keeps vitals and notes beside a patient header that never scrolls away, the visit closes into a complete record, and daily and monthly reports are built from those same records. Status reads from across the room through colour, a dot and a word, never colour alone. Tables come in two densities, compact to show more of the day on a laptop and comfortable for bigger targets on a front-desk touchscreen.

## Technology

Rekamedika is a full web app with its own backend, so it runs in the browser on any desk computer without an install. It is built toward SATUSEHAT, the Ministry of Health’s national health data platform, and the interface was shaped so every visit record is complete enough to meet it. Surfaces stay quiet and nothing decorative gets in the way, so the data carries each screen.

## Result

Rekamedika is an electronic medical records web app for clinics, developed and run by PT Celebes Niaga Jaya, with UI/UX design and web app work by goodtogrid. It is made for clinic staff who fill in records between patients, on laptops at reception and touchscreens at the front desk alike. The interface follows the order of a clinic visit, from registration and examination to a complete record and the daily and monthly reports drawn from it, with status that reads at a glance and tables in two densities. Rekamedika is built toward SATUSEHAT, the national health data platform run by Indonesia’s Ministry of Health, so that every visit record is complete enough to send to it. Its registration with SATUSEHAT is in progress as of September 2026, and the product is still working through that process.
