A web-form inbox and SEO view for KYZN — enquiries out of a spreadsheet and into somewhere built for answering them.

## Challenge

The KYZN website takes tour bookings and contact messages, and every submission arrived as a new row in a shared Google Sheet. Nothing in a row says whether someone has answered it, and the campus that decides who replies sat out in column D. A sheet is a log, but the team needed a to-do list, and enquiries were being missed in it.

## Solution

A small web app with one tab per job. Web forms reads like mail: type, campus and status up front, the message in full. Each message is either new or replied, the only two states that matter. Tour bookings read in lime and contact messages in grey, so the most time-sensitive one stands out, and Kuningan or BSD sits next to the sender’s name. SEO sits in the tab beside it. A tab arrives only when a job does: web forms came first, and SEO followed once the SEO work started.

## Technology

Dashbird is a private web app with a backend of its own, on a subdomain kept apart from the public site. The website only has to post a form; storage, status and who has read what all belong to Dashbird. The KYZN team signs in to answer and mark messages replied, while search data for kyzn.sch.id pages feeds the SEO tab.

## Result

Dashbird is a private web app built for KYZN, with UI/UX design and web app work by goodtogrid, the studio that also built the KYZN Preschool website at kyzn.sch.id. It gives the KYZN team one place to handle website enquiries. Tour bookings and contact messages from the site arrive in a web forms tab that reads like mail, with the form type, the campus and a new or replied status on every message, instead of landing as rows in a shared Google Sheet. A second tab holds SEO data for the kyzn.sch.id pages, kept beside the inbox for now. Dashbird runs on its own subdomain, apart from the public site, which only posts its forms to it. It has been in use since August 2026, and website forms land there rather than in a spreadsheet.

- Website forms land in Dashbird now, not a Google Sheet
- SEO data for kyzn.sch.id sits in the same dashboard, for now

Status as of September 2026.
