Every project we take on moves through the same five steps, laid out below like frames on a canvas. The first one is yours, and it takes about five minutes.

## Five steps to launch

### 01 — Tell us about your project

You share what you’re building, who it’s for and where it stands today. A few honest lines beat a long document.

- **What you get:** A reply from the people who will do the work; A short call to talk it through
- **Your part:** Fill in the brief below. It takes about five minutes.

### 02 — Define goals & requirements

We turn the conversation into scope: goals, users, must-haves, constraints, and what done looks like.

- **What you get:** A written scope with priorities; A plan and timeline you sign off on
- **Your part:** Answer questions and share anything that already exists.

### 03 — Strategy & design

Information architecture, flows and interface design, reviewed with you in working sessions rather than big reveals.

- **What you get:** Clickable prototypes; A design system set on an 8px grid
- **Your part:** Review, react, decide. Bring the people who will use it.

### 04 — Development

We build what we designed, for the web, iOS and Android, in small increments you can use as we go.

- **What you get:** Working builds on staging; Code in a repository you own
- **Your part:** Test real builds and tell us what feels off.

### 05 — Launch & iteration

We ship, watch how it’s used, and keep improving what matters most.

- **What you get:** A live product and handover notes; A short list of what to improve next
- **Your part:** Tell your users. Then tell us what they said.

## The brief

The brief asks for:

- **Name** and **email** (required), and your **company**

- **Budget range (USD):** $500 to $50k+, or not sure yet
- **About the project:** a couple of sentences (at least 10 characters)
