> Designing and building a school or preschool website from your curriculum and admissions material, organised around the questions parents actually ask.

Schools usually have the material already, in a curriculum deck or an admissions brochure. What's missing is a way in for a parent with one question. We turn that material into a site parents can browse.

- **Services:** Web Development · UI/UX Design
- **Industry:** Education
- **Timeline:** Roughly 4–8 weeks for a site built from existing material

## Who it’s for

Preschools, schools and education groups whose website is out of date, or who only have a deck or brochure to show parents.

## Features

**Must have**

- Sections that each answer one parent question
- Curriculum and programmes in plain language
- Campus pages with location and contact
- An enquiry or visit form that reaches the right person
- Fast pages on a parent's phone
- Search-friendly pages for the school's name and area

**Nice to have**

- Fees and admissions steps on their own page
- A gallery or day-in-the-life section
- Pages in a second language
- A news or events list the school can update

## Screens and flows

1. Home with a route to each question
2. About the school and its approach
3. Curriculum and programmes
4. Campuses
5. Admissions and fees
6. Enquiry or visit booking

## Platform options

- **Front-end only website.** The default for most schools. No backend, database or login for the school to keep running. KYZN Preschool's site is built this way on TanStack Router and Bun.
- **Website plus a small inbox.** When enquiries are frequent, the form posts to a separate private app where staff can see what has been answered. KYZN uses Dashbird for this.

## Integrations

- Enquiry forms posted to an inbox or email
- Maps for each campus

## How we approach it

We start from the questions parents ask at the gate or on the phone, not from the deck's order. Each becomes a section with its own card, and all the cards come from one shared family so the site stays consistent as it grows.

A school site is read on phones between other things, so pages have to load fast and say one thing each. We keep the build to a front end unless there's a reason not to, so there's nothing for the school to patch or host.

KYZN Preschool, with campuses in Kuningan and BSD, is where this comes from. Its site has been live at kyzn.sch.id since August 2026.

## Frequently asked questions

### We only have a curriculum deck. Is that enough to start?

Usually, yes. KYZN Preschool's site started from a curriculum deck. We break it into sections by the question each part answers, then fill the gaps with you.

### Can our staff update the site themselves?

A front-end only site is updated by us, which keeps it simple and cheap to run. If you need to post news weekly, we'll plan a way for staff to edit those pages.

### Will the site work for more than one campus?

Yes. Each campus gets its own page with its location and contact, and forms can say which campus an enquiry is for.
