Property Listings is a studio concept, not client work. What we'd measure is viewing requests per listing, listings published with a floor plan, and searches that end with zero results.

### Why lead with the floor plan instead of photos?

Photos sell the feel of a place, but renters filter on facts. A plan with rooms, size and cost answers the first question; photos help once a listing is on the shortlist.

### Do we have to redraw every floor plan?

Plans stored as vector drawings are what let rooms be tapped and measured. Images of existing plans can work for a first release, with drawings added over time.

### Can our team add listings without you?
