## What property teams run into

- **Facts buried in galleries.** Rooms, size, furnishing and price are stated somewhere in the description, or only visible in photos. A fixed set of facts on every card saves the scroll.
- **Filters that reload the page.** Every tap on a filter sends people back to the top. Results should update in place, quickly, on a phone.
- **Searches that end in nothing.** Too many filters return an empty page and no way forward. An empty result should say which filter to loosen.

- **Enquirers' contact details.** Names and phone numbers sent through a viewing request are personal data under UU PDP. They should reach the right agent and no one else.

We start with the questions a renter filters on: how many rooms, how big, furnished or not, how much each month. In the Property Listings concept, every card answers those with a small floor plan and five facts in a fixed order, so listings can be compared without opening them.

Search is where these sites win or lose. Filters update as you tap, results render on the server without a full reload, and an empty result says which filter to loosen instead of leaving a blank page.

Floor plans are stored as vector drawings rather than images, so rooms can be tapped and measured. It's more work at entry, and it's the detail that makes a listing worth trusting.
