Clinic software has to be quick at the desk and complete for compliance, on whatever screen sits between two patients. We design and build web apps for clinics around how a visit actually runs.

- **Industry:** Health
- **Backed by:** 2 case studies · 1 for a client, 1 concept

## What health teams run into

- **Records written between patients.** Staff fill in visits in the gaps of a busy day. Fields in the order the visit happens, and nothing asked twice, keep records complete without slowing the desk.
- **Status nobody can read from across the room.** Who is waiting, who is with the doctor, what still needs a signature. Status has to read at a glance, not after three clicks.
- **Every screen is different.** A laptop at reception, a touchscreen in the room. Rekamedika has two table densities for exactly that reason.
- **The waiting room fills up.** Patients arrive early because they can't see the queue. A live queue moves the waiting out of the room.

## Constraints we design for

- **SATUSEHAT.** Indonesia's national health data platform, run by the Ministry of Health. Visit records have to be complete enough to send to it; Rekamedika is built toward it, and its registration is in progress.
- **Patient data.** Health data is personal data under Indonesian law (UU PDP). Access by role, an audit trail of who changed what, and no patient data in places it doesn't need to be.

## Features that keep coming up

- Visit records in the order a visit happens
- Patient search that tolerates typos
- Doctor schedules and appointment slots
- A live queue with a desk call screen
- Roles for reception, nurses and doctors
- Two table densities for laptop and touchscreen
- Printable summaries and referral letters

## Typical builds

- [Electronic medical records development](https://goodtogrid.com/solutions/electronic-medical-records) — An EMR web app for clinics, laid out in the order a visit happens.
- [Clinic queue app development](https://goodtogrid.com/solutions/clinic-queue-app) — A phone app that shows a patient's place in the clinic queue and tells them when to set off.

## How we approach it

We spend the first sessions on the clinic day, not the feature list: who arrives first, which screen they use, what they're waiting on, and what has to be true of a record before the patient leaves.

Rekamedika came out of that. It's a calm, dense interface where records follow the order of a visit, status reads from across the room, and tables come in two densities for the two kinds of screen a clinic has.

The Clinic Queue App concept takes the same thinking to the patient's phone: the queue number is the interface, it updates live, and the app says when to leave home.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can you integrate with SATUSEHAT?

We design and build toward it. Rekamedika, our medical records app for PT Celebes Niaga Jaya, is built to SATUSEHAT's requirements, and its registration is in progress as of September 2026.

### Do you build for single clinics or networks?

Both are in scope. Rekamedika is designed for clinics; the Clinic Queue App concept is designed for a clinic network sharing one booking system.

### Can you replace our current system gradually?

Usually that's the safer path. We'd start with the part that hurts most, often the queue or the visit record, and run it beside the old system until staff trust it.
