iOS and Android apps, from the first prototype on a real phone to store release and what comes after. One team designs the screens and writes the app, so nothing gets lost between the two.

## Who it’s for

- Founders taking a first app to the App Store and Google Play
- Clinics, travel and finance teams whose customers expect an app
- Businesses with a web product that now needs push and offline
- Teams with app designs ready and no one to build them

## What we solve

- **Two phones, one small team.** Most products need to be on iPhone and Android. A single cross-platform codebase lets features reach both phones together without doubling the team.
- **Designs that only work on a big screen.** Thumbs, small screens and sunlight change what's usable. We put a working build on a real phone early, while the design can still change.
- **Apps that stop without signal.** Maps, tickets and plans are needed exactly where coverage is worst. We decide what must work offline and store it on the phone ahead of time.
- **Store release is a project of its own.** Accounts, screenshots, privacy disclosures and review notes all take time. We plan for review from the start rather than at the end.

## What you get

- iOS and Android apps
- Cross-platform builds
- Prototypes on real devices
- Store release support
- Offline and push features
- Iteration after launch

## How a project runs

1. **Tell us about your project.** You share what you’re building, who it’s for and where it stands today. A few honest lines beat a long document.
2. **Define goals & requirements.** We turn the conversation into scope: goals, users, must-haves, constraints, and what done looks like.
3. **Strategy & design.** Information architecture, flows and interface design, reviewed with you in working sessions rather than big reveals.
4. **Development.** We build what we designed, for the web, iOS and Android, in small increments you can use as we go.
5. **Launch & iteration.** We ship, watch how it’s used, and keep improving what matters most.

## How we approach it

We start with the moment someone reaches for their phone. In the Clinic Queue App concept that's checking the queue before leaving home, so the queue number is the first thing on screen. In Travel Planner it's standing somewhere unfamiliar without signal, so each day's map downloads the night before.

A build goes onto a real phone early. Lists, gestures and loading states feel different in the hand than on a canvas, and it's cheaper to find that out in week three than after release.

We use React Native for most apps, so one codebase serves iOS and Android and shares tooling with the web apps we build. Notifications, offline storage and store release are planned in the scope, not discovered at the end.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do you build native or cross-platform?

Usually cross-platform with React Native, so one codebase serves iOS and Android. We'd recommend native when an app depends on heavy graphics, camera processing or a platform feature on its release day.

### Have you shipped these apps to the stores?

The three mobile studies on the site, Clinic Queue App, Travel Planner and Savings Wallet, are studio concepts, not client releases. They show how we design and build; store release support is part of the work we offer.

### Should this be an app at all?

Not always. If the product doesn't need the home screen, push notifications or offline use, a web app ships faster and updates without a store review. We'll say so in the scope.

### What happens after launch?

Iteration after launch is part of the process. We watch how the app is used and keep a short list of what to improve next.
