goodtogrid.com is a studio website. It doesn't track you. It has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from the site itself. This page says what little it does handle.

## What you send us
When you send the [project brief](https://goodtogrid.com/start-new-project) or ask for new notes by email, the site emails what you typed to the studio's inbox, hello@goodtogrid.com. That covers your name, email address, company and project details. We use it to reply to you and to run the project if we work together. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. It stays in the studio's email for as long as we need it for that conversation or project.

The same applies to anything you email us directly.

## What stays in your browser
The site stores two settings in your browser's local storage: your light or dark theme, and whether the layout guides are shown. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.

## What the host logs
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, it handles your IP address and browser details to serve pages, block abuse and limit how often forms can be sent. Request logs are kept for a short time to fix problems. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers how it processes this data.

## AI agents acting for you
If you approve an AI agent to send a brief for you, goodtogrid keeps your email address for up to 24 hours to complete that approval. It also keeps the brief's delivery status, but not its content, for up to 7 days. The brief itself goes to the studio's inbox like any other.
