A web app's price is set by how many kinds of people use it and what it connects to, more than by its number of screens. These are the bands we quote in.

- **Services:** UI/UX Design · Web Development
- **Range:** $5k to $50k+
- **Backed by:** 2 case studies · 2 for clients
- **Updated:** 2026-10-02

## Price bands

- **Focused tool: $5k–$10k** (4–8 weeks). One team, one job. An inbox, a tracker or a dashboard that replaces a shared spreadsheet, like Dashbird.
- **Product: $10k–$35k** (2–4 months). Several roles, their own views and permissions, and an integration or two. Most first releases of a client product land here.
- **Platform: $35k–$50k+** (4–6 months+). Many roles, regulated data, national integrations such as SATUSEHAT, and reporting across sites.

_Ranges in US dollars, before tax. A written quote follows the brief and the first call._

## What moves the price

- **Roles.** Every kind of user gets their own views, permissions and edge cases. Two roles cost far less than five.
- **Integrations.** Payment, a national platform, an existing database. Each one adds work and testing, and the slowest is usually the one run by someone else.
- **Data you're responsible for.** Health, money and personal data need audit trails, access rules and more careful testing.
- **Design system.** A one-off interface is cheaper now; a design system is cheaper by the third feature.

## What’s included

- Research sessions and written scope
- Interface design and a clickable prototype
- Front end and backend
- Code in a repository you own
- Launch and a handover guide

## After launch

- **Hosting.** Usually tens of dollars a month for a focused tool, more for a platform with heavy data.
- **Maintenance.** Dependency updates and small fixes, as a monthly retainer or per request.

## How we price

We quote after the brief and a first call, in writing, against a scope you sign off on. The bands above are where web apps we'd build usually land.
