Design-only work is priced by how much of the product we have to understand before drawing it. One flow is days; a whole product with its own design system is months.

- **Services:** UI/UX Design
- **Range:** $1k to $50k+
- **Backed by:** 3 case studies · 1 for a client, 2 concepts
- **Updated:** 2026-10-02

## Price bands

- **Flow review: $1k–$5k** (1–3 weeks). One journey, such as sign-up or checkout, studied and redesigned, with a clickable prototype and notes your developers can build from.
- **Product design: $5k–$20k** (4–10 weeks). Research, information architecture, flows and every core screen of a product, prototyped and reviewed with the people who will use it.
- **Design system: $20k–$50k+** (3–6 months). The product design plus components, tokens and documentation, so your own team can keep designing and building in the same language.

_Ranges in US dollars, before tax. A written quote follows the brief and the first call._

## What moves the price

- **Number of roles.** A dispatcher, a driver and a customer see the same data three ways. Each role is its own set of screens to research and design.
- **Research depth.** Watching a clinic run for a morning costs time. It also removes guesses that would cost more later.
- **Prototype fidelity.** A clickable canvas prototype is quick. A coded prototype with real data takes longer and settles questions a picture can't.
- **Platforms.** Web, iOS and Android each have their own conventions. Designing for all three means more screens and more decisions.

## What’s included

- Research and discovery sessions
- Information architecture and user flows
- Interface design on an 8px grid
- Clickable prototypes
- Design files and handover notes for your developers

## After launch

- **Design support during build.** Answering questions and reviewing builds while your developers work, by the hour or as a small retainer.
- **New features.** Each new feature designed within the existing system, quoted on its own.

## How we price design

Design priced on its own suits teams that already have developers. We hand over files and prototypes they can build from, and stay available while they do.

If we're building it too, design is part of the build quote instead, and the handover between the two disappears.
